The BC Region conducts Stage Rallies
(often also called “Performance Rallies” or “PRO Rally”).
Pacific Forest Rally
Pacific Forest Rally (WCRA) – held on closed forestry roads near Merritt. This will be 120 – 200 Km of stages. Also a Canadian National Rally event.

Big White Winter Rally

Big White Winter Rally (WCRA) – held on closed forestry roads at the Big White Ski resort near Kelowna. This will be 120 – 200 Km of snow covered stages. Also a Canadian National Rally event.

Cochrane Winter Rally
Cochrane Winter Rally is a regional (WCRC) event based out of Cochrane, Alberta and Hosted by the Calgary Sports Car Club. Typically the first event of the season and held in March each year.
The rally will be run in the forestry and oil roads in the familiar Fallen Timber forestry area. The timing of the rally provides road conditions that will be tricky and unpredictable. Gravel, snow, and lots of ice are virtually guaranteed

Rocky Mountain Rally
The ‘Rocky’ is the 2nd event of the year in both the Western Canada Rally Championship (WCRC), and the Canadian Rally CHampionship (CRC). Currently based in Cochrane AB, but will be returning the Invermere BC and the Columbia Valley in the future.
Organized by the Calgary Sports Car Club and typically held at the end of May each year.

Kananaskis Rally
The Calgary Sports Car Club’s final performance stage rally of the year is the Kananaskis Rally, based in Cochrane AB, and held in the forestry area to the west. The event is a qualifying round for all the major local Championships, and takes place in November each year.
Rally HQ, Service Park, and volunteer BBQ will all be held at the Jumpingpound Forest Demonstration North Loop, with stages on the popular Powderface Trail.

Originating in Europe, navigational style road rallies tested a team’s endurance, timing skills, and driving ability. Over the past 40 years, rallying has continued to evolve and maintain its tradition, while moving into the high speed performance arena.
Canadian rallying encompasses many levels of competition, from entry level fun navigationals to expert road rallies, from rallysprints to the high performance National Series.
Rally clubs from coast to coast offer everything from leisurely drives in the country to high speed events. No matter what your budget or your level of experience, there is a rally for you.
